There are 278 fascinating pages, including 200 photographs and over 50 contributions of memories stretching from 1908 to the present day. Following the book launch in September 2005 copies have found their way to 12 countries across the world. | 05/11/2004 | Thanks to all of you who have made purchases via the Aldwincle.net shopping pages three village causes have recently received cheques representing the funds earned to date. Grace Chung received a cheque for £4.30 made payable to ARAPAC, a cheque for £2.38 is on it's way to the St. Peter's Floodlighting fund and Ann Davey, head of Trinity Lower School, is pictured right receiving a cheque for £205.48 from Mike Parry. The presentation took place during the school assembly on Friday 5th November 2004 and Mrs. Davey and the children were very keen to say a big thank you to all who have shopped on the site. I would like to add my thanks to those of Ann and the children and hope that even more of you will use the site in the run up to Christmas.
